“The role of sake” is to connect people through “food” and “support people’s communication”.
By making “Sake”, one of the Japanese cultures, delicious and enjoyable, I think that we will expand the moisture and color to the hearts and daily lives of people not only in Japan but all over the world.
Born as a daughter of a sake brewery, my thoughts of writing “Become a sake brewer !” On my kindergarten graduation album are now a reality, and I am always looking forward with my friends.
Sake has been loved by Japanese people for more than 1,000 years, changing its shape, and now it is beginning to be loved not only in Japan but also in the world. The more you pursue sake brewing as a sake brewer, the more you will be fascinated by the depth and potential of sake culture.
Believing that “the finish of tomorrow will definitely be better than today”, we will continue to challenge cleanly, correctly and beautifully while always feeling the excitement.
